How to Apply
Below we explain the steps involved in applying for a course at UKCBC. Applicants are encouraged to read the relevant course page and entry requirements before submitting an application.
Applications are considered in line with the admissions criteria for each programme.
Direct Applications
Applicants can apply directly to UKCBC.
Potential applicants can contact the course advisor team for impartial information about courses, entry requirements and study options before submitting an application.
Applicants applying directly will normally be asked to provide information about their qualifications, experience and personal details as part of the application process.
Applications can also be submitted via our approved student recruitment agencies.
Application Process
Application Submission
Applicants/agents submit the application online and must provide: Valid Photo ID, Immigration Status Share Code (if non-British), qualifications or CV.
Email Verification
Applicants must verify their email address via the email sent by UKCBC.
Book an Interview
Applicants/agents should book the online speaking interview via eVision.
Book Assessment
For applications without the required English language qualification, applicants/agents should book the on-campus English assessment via eVision.
Conditional Offer
A conditional offer is made outlining any outstanding documents. Proof of address, a personal statement, and work reference letter (if applying with non-standard entry) must be provided at this stage.
Submit File to University
The file is submitted to our partner university for approval.
Unconditional Offer
Once approved, the applicant is issued an unconditional offer.
Face-to-face Registration
The applicant books a face-to-face appointment for ID verification and completion of registration to the college.

Mature Learner Applications
Many applicants apply as mature learners.
Applicants aged 21 and above who do not meet standard academic entry requirements may still be considered where relevant work experience or prior learning demonstrates readiness for higher education study.
